These terms govern your use of the EurosHub human-resources and workforce-management platform (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.
Use of the Service
The Service is provided to organizations to manage their own workforce. You may use it only as authorized by your organization and in compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Google Calendar integration
Connecting Google Calendar is optional. When connected, the Service reads your free/busy availability to schedule meetings and creates or cancels the meetings you schedule on your calendar. Our use of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy and adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You may disconnect at any time.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access data or accounts you are not authorized to access.
- Do not disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Service or its integrations.
- Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Availability & changes
We aim to keep the Service available and may update, improve, or modify it over time. Features that depend on third-party services (such as Google Calendar) are subject to those services’ availability and terms.
Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EurosHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
