Privacy Policy

EurosHub (“EurosHub”, “we”, “us”) provides a human-resources and workforce-management platform (the “Service”) used by employers to manage their own staff. This policy explains what information the Service processes, how we use it, and the choices you have — including data obtained from Google when you connect your Google Calendar.
Who controls your data
The Service is provided to organizations (your employer). Your employer is the controller of the employee records in their workspace; EurosHub processes that data on their behalf. For data you personally connect — such as your Google Calendar — you control the connection and can disconnect it at any time.
Information we process
- Account & HR data provided by your employer (e.g. name, work email, employee number, department, attendance, leave, payroll) to operate the Service.
- Authentication data needed to sign you in and keep your session secure.
- Google account data — only if you choose to connect Google Calendar (see below). If you never connect, we receive no Google data.
Google Calendar integration
Connecting Google Calendar is optional and initiated by you. When you connect, you grant the Service access using these Google scopes:
calendar.freebusy/calendar.readonly— to read your free/busy availability so the meeting scheduler can find times that work for everyone. We do not use event titles, descriptions, guests, or attachments for any purpose other than determining availability.calendar.events— to create, update, or cancel the meetings you schedule through the Service on your calendar (including invitations and an optional video link).
We use Google user data only to provide these scheduling features inside the Service. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide the Service or as required by law.
Limited Use disclosure. EurosHub’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How we store and protect data
Data is stored in access-controlled, per-organization (multi-tenant isolated) databases. Sensitive fields — including your Google OAuth tokens — are encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and to the systems that operate the Service.
Data retention & deletion
We keep account and HR data for as long as your employer maintains the Service, and as required for legal or accounting obligations. For Google data: when you disconnect Google Calendar in the Service, we revoke and delete the stored tokens, and no further Google data is accessed. You may also revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions. To request deletion of your data, contact us at support@euroshub.com.
Your choices
- Connect or disconnect Google Calendar at any time inside the Service.
- Revoke the Service’s access from your Google Account permissions page.
- Contact your employer’s administrator or us about your account data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated through the Service.
